How often is the data updated?
Most data is made available in real time. As each query is associated with transaction costs, we provide you with the respective data daily in the S package, hourly in the M package and every 15 minutes in the L package. You can upgrade your account at any time if required.
How do I add data manually?
You can add data manually via the upload in your dashboard. Pay attention to the respective file formats. If you have any problems, please contact our support team
How can I connect new data sources?
We already have a number of interfaces in our range, e.g. CRM tools, warehousing, sales or cashless payment providers, weather data or social media. We are happy to add further interfaces if required. Please contact us for this.

What to do in case of login problems?
If you have technical problems, please contact our support team at any time using the support form. For urgent matters, get in touch with your contact person.
How does rights management work for different user groups?
There is currently no rights management for different user groups, only individual logins for each user. They can use our dashboard and analyses, as well as export reports.
How can I reset my password?
Use the “forgot password” function when logging in. Enter the email address you used to register. We will send you a link to reset your password.

Who’s behind b.sure?
The core of our team has known each other for over 20 years. When we saw the impact of Corona on the event industry in 2021, we founded b.sure to bring more transparency to the relationship between event organizers and brands. Today, we are an interdisciplinary team of event and festival enthusiasts as well as technology and digital professionals working remotely across Europe.
