We already have a number of interfaces in our range, e.g. CRM tools, warehousing, sales or cashless payment providers, weather data or social media. We are happy to add further interfaces if required. Please contact us for this.

Privacy is a top priority. Our sensors anonymise data fully on-device and only transmit aggregated metadata. Additional interfaces (e.g. CRM, competitions, Typeform) are integrated strictly in compliance with GDPR and based on user consent. All data is processed securely on servers in Germany.

There is currently no rights management for different user groups, only individual logins for each user. They can use our dashboard and analyses, as well as export reports.

The entire setup process is designed to minimise additional operational effort for you and your team. We take full responsibility for the technical implementation on-site.

The core of our team has known each other for over 20 years. When we saw the impact of Corona on the event industry in 2021, we founded b.sure to bring more transparency to the relationship between event organizers and brands.
