Partners & Sponsors Backend
With the help of Nocode/Lowcode tools, we link existing databases, such as CRM systems, and create a partner and sponsor area for events. Within the partner area, central onboarding documents such as information on the event site, individual set-up/dismantling times and deadlines or personal ticket codes can be stored.
Sponsors can maintain their data and, for example, add contacts and contact persons, upload their stand data, plan speaker appearances, download invoices or marketing material.
By linking to an existing CRM system, sponsorship packages can be booked independently, which automatically delegate tasks to the organization team.
